sacai and Nike are working together again to make a brand new shoe design. This week, Chitose Abe gave us a sneak peek at their new Zegamadome shoe. It’s made for hiking and outdoor use, and it’s coming out in Spring 2025 with their next collection.
The first time sacai and Nike worked together was in 2019. Since then, they’ve made special shoes like the LDWaffle, VaporWaffle, Blazers, and MagmaScapes. Both brands have been very happy with how well these shoes have sold. Along with the shoes, they’ve also made clothes that match each release.
The new Zegamadome shoes are inspired by trail running shoes. The shoes have a nylon base with suede, nubuck, and plastic parts. They sit on top of ZoomX cushioning with tough Vibram soles for good grip. So far, we’ve seen three colors: black, white with gum soles, and a mix of both with bright yellow details.

The new sacai and Nike shoes will be released on May 9th, 2025. The Zegamadome will come in three colors: white, black, and a mix with yellow. They will cost $180 per pair and will be sold by both brands and some special stores.

UPDATE 4/28/25: Almost a year after they were first shown, the new Sacai x Nike shoes are almost here. This week, we have official pictures of all three colors of the new Zegamadome SP shoes. They will be released on May 9th, 2025, and will cost $180.
