Nike’s “Eclair” Air Max Plus Returns in Summer 2025

Nike’s “Eclair” Air Max Plus Returns in Summer 2025

Nike is bringing back a special shoe in 2025 to celebrate the 25th birthday of the Air Max Plus. They’re bringing back old colors from 2000. We just got our first look at the “Eclair” or Lightning pair that’s coming soon.

The Nike Air Max Plus first came out in 1998. It was only sold at Footlocker stores back then. Since that time, it has become a very important part of Nike’s Air Max family. It was the first shoe to use the new Tuned technology in the sole. Now called the AM Plus, Nike has been celebrating its 25th birthday since 2023 with many old color versions.

The latest classic style we’ve seen is the 2000 “Eclair” version of the Air Max Plus. It has a lightning bolt design on the upper part of the shoe. The 2025 pair looks exactly like the original, with navy blue color, suede parts, white midsoles, and bright red details.
