Adidas had a great year in 2024, and they have many new styles of the AE1 coming in 2025. This week, we got to see a new “Metallic Grey” style. It has different shades of grey in a simple design.
Anthony Edwards’ first shoe with adidas is one of the best performance shoes in years. Many people think it could be Sneaker of the Year. The shoe first came out last December in a high-top version. Then in summer, they made a low-top version that’s easier to wear. Since then, adidas has been making new colors every few weeks.
This month, we’ve seen early looks at new pairs of the AE1 Low coming next year. Most of these use the same color pattern as before – black mesh with a colored cage. Today, we have a first look at the “Metallic Grey” pair, which looks different. This pair has a light, almost cream-colored base. The layers on top use both light and dark shades of grey. The sides use two colors, which is something we haven’t seen much with the AE1.
ADIDAS AE1 LOW “METALLIC GREY” RELEASE INFORMATION
The next color of Anthony Edwards’ adidas AE1 Low doesn’t have an official release date yet, but it should come out in Spring 2025. The shoes will be in shades of grey with a two-tone cage piece. You’ll be able to buy them from adidas and other stores for $110.
