Last year, Nike’s ACG team brought back an old shoe style called the Rufus. This simple slip-on shoe has been coming out in new colors since last summer. They will keep making new ones into Fall 2025, including this cool “Green Gradient” look.
Nike has been showing off some of their best shoes at special events called SNKRS Showcase. During one of these events in early 2024, they showed the ACG Rufus, a slip-on shoe from 2001. The Rufus finally came back to stores last summer, giving us a great casual shoe for warm weather.
Since the Rufus came back last year, the ACG team has been making lots of new colors and trying different materials. This week, we got an early look at a new style coming this fall, called “Green Gradient.” This shoe uses denim fabric for the whole upper part. The color changes from bright green at the toe, to darker green in the middle, and then to gray at the heel. It has a black middle part and bright green on the bottom for grip.

Nike ACG’s Rufus slip-on will keep coming out in new styles all year, with this new one expected in Fall 2025. It has a denim build with green-to-gray colors across the top. You can buy it from Nike and some other stores for $110.
